LASH REFILLS

ALL FILLS MUST HAVE 30-40% of extensions remaining to be considered a refill. anything LESS is a fullset. if you have NO lashes on one eye, or only a few left in general, IT IS NOT A REFILL. book accordingly as time frames are different.
