EYELASH EXTENSION CLIENTS - **When scheduling a full set be sure to also book your refill appointments out by atleast 2 appointments! refill appointments will NOT be guaranteed if you wait til day of appointment to schedule a refill. ♡ - Please arrive no earlier than 5 minutes. ♡ - Come to your appointment with a clean face, meaning no makeup, no moisturizer or skin products ♡ - I do not offer FOREIGN FILLS! All new clients must book a fullset. ♡- If you have any lash damage such as gaps, and or sparse lashes, you may not be a good candidate for eyelash extension services. ♡ - All refills should be booked no later than 3 weeks after initial full set appointment. If booked past 3 weeks, your service will be rebooked as a fullset - please book accordingly so we have the right amount of time for your service! ♡ IMPORTANT: Please note that the outcome of every set is based on the health of your natural lashes. ♡ - every client MUST have a valid card on file when booking, prepaid cards are not acceptable! ALL services are NON-REFUNDABLE ALL deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE ♡ - CANCELLATION POLICY: Simply Divine Beauty Bar sends out confirmation texts/ emails 72 hours, 48 hours & 24 hours in advance. ♡ - Any changes to an appointment MUST be made 72 hours PRIOR to scheduled appointment time to avoid a cancellation fee. ♡ CANCELLATION FEES: Any cancellations within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment time will result in 50% cancellation fee charged to the valid card on file. Any cancellations within 24 hours or less of your scheduled appointment time will result in a 100% cancellation fee charged to the valid card on file. *** ANY appointments 15 minutes late without notice will be cancelled and considered no-show. A 100% fee will be applied to the card on file due to a no show. No-shows will be banned from booking future appointments, respect my time as I respect yours! If the card on file is invalid and the fee is not paid, the client will no longer be able to book until the fee is paid. I do understand that emergencies can happen, however this cancellation policy is non-negotiable. *** COVID POLICY *** COVID-19 cancellations will be treated the same as non COVID cancellations. Client will be obligated to show negative test results before rebooking.
